St.Louis is back in the building with Jibbs' new album. At 15 years old Jibbs is straight out of middle school and ready handle it all.

By looking at him or listening to his lyrics you would never be able to tell that he has just hit puberty. The radio hit on this album right now is Chain Hang Low. Jibbs plays on his youth and takes and old ice cream truck jingle and turns it into a hit. It's catchy and creative.

The rest of the CD takes him into a grown mans world. He hollers at girls in Smile. Then he comes back with plenty of motivation in Hood saying "You gone keep hanging in the street with your crew/ Don't ask me cuz I know what Ima do".

All in all Jibbs' beats and lyrics sound like a man way beyond his years who we will hear more from in the future
